Produced by Nanjing EFG Co., Ltd., the Polyester Filter Mat is made from staple polyester fiber using a wet layout process. This high-quality filter mat is ideal for use in household appliances such as air purifiers and vacuum cleaners, automotive air conditioning filters, carbon-spray composite filters, and melt-blown composite filters.

Our polyester filter mat is designed for composite base fabrics, providing excellent stiffness that resists deformation even under high wind pressure. The material offers high air permeability and low wind resistance, enhancing filtration efficiency by 10% and reducing overall resistance by 20% when combined with melt-blown PP.
With high tensile strength, tear resistance, and bursting resistance, our composite material extends product lifespan significantly. All raw materials used are environmentally friendly and have received 161 EU certifications from ROCHE, ensuring safety with no harmful formaldehyde-containing binders.
Our polyester filter mat can be customized with flame retardant, antibacterial, and coloring options to meet various needs.
